Internet was out.
I ran 6 miles on Sunday—my left Achillies hurt again and I had to stop. Should have run 7 miles. Healed faster than before.
Ran 4 miles yesterday. (First time in new sneakers.)
3 miles today. Today was great (second day of new running sneakers). Pain in left chillies went away, replaced by sharp pain in the muscle of right calf. Was supposed to run four miles today. Might have something to do with new shoes, and not breaking them in.
I saw a kid and his mom. Kid must have been twelve: I wondered why he wasn’t in school. Saw three other joggers; I didn’t wave hello. Not that friendly in the morning.
I need to pace myself. I am running faster than I should be. I need to think about running fort time, not pace. Need to get used to running 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hour, and so on. Can’t get caught up in needing to run a certain speed.
Limped for most of today.
